• Customerrelationships: where a commercial relationship has started, we retainrelevant data for the duration of that relationship. Accounting and tax-relatedrecords are retained for 7 years after the end of the financial year to whichthey relate, as required by Belgian law.
• Emailcorrespondence: kept alongside the related contact record, following thesame principles.
• Websiteanalytics data: retained according to the settings of our analytics tools(up to 14 months for Google Analytics 4).
• Serverlogs: retained for up to 12 months for security and diagnostic purposes.

We do not sell your personaldata. We share it only with trusted third parties who process it on our behalfas processors under Article 28 GDPR, or where required by law.

• Websiteanalytics: Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager,Google Search Console).
• Emailand business communications: our internal email and CRM tools used tomanage demo requests and follow-up.
Each of these providers actsonly on our documented instructions and is bound by a data processing agreementthat includes appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
We may disclose personal data ifrequired by law, court order, or a valid request from a public authority, orwhere necessary to protect our legal rights or prevent fraud or abuse.
Some of our service providers(such as Webflow and Google) are based in or process data in the United Statesor other countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
